Immigration for a Stronger America

Clear steps, fair rules, and shared responsibility for a stronger America.

Why It Matters

America is a nation of immigrants. Our history, culture, and economy are built on the contributions of people who came here seeking opportunity and freedom. Immigration is not a threat — it is one of our greatest strengths.

But today’s system is broken. It is confusing, slow, expensive, and unfair to both applicants and the communities they join. Without clear steps, both immigrants and citizens are left frustrated, divided, and distrustful.

Freedom 2028 believes in an immigration system that is clear, fair, and firm — one that honors our history while preparing us for the future.

The Solution:
A Transparent Immigration System

We will replace today’s confusing bureaucracy with a digital-first immigration system that every applicant can clearly follow. This system will be accessible through a secure government website and app, with step-by-step guidance in multiple languages.

Key principles:

  • Open to All: Any person may apply to immigrate to the U.S. if they have no felony-level criminal record.

  • Conditional Review: Those with misdemeanors or minor crimes must explain their circumstances and undergo review by a citizen-led panel.

  • Contribution Required: All immigrants must contribute during the process — through work, taxes, learning English, and building community connections.

  • Time-Limited Integration: The process is clear and structured, with a 2-year timeline to meet basic requirements.

How It Works

1. Application & Security Screening

  • Applicants apply online or at an embassy using the new Immigration App.

  • Biometric ID and global background checks ensure security and fraud prevention.

  • Clear “green / yellow / red” status updates show applicants exactly where they stand.

2. Integration Process (2 Years)

  • During their first two years in the U.S., immigrants must:

  • Secure Employment: Work in approved sectors with documented contributions.

  • Learn English: Complete a baseline language proficiency program.

  • Find Housing: Secure stable housing, with support from local partnerships.

  • Community Service: Contribute volunteer hours to strengthen ties with local communities.

3. Tax Contribution

  • Immigrants pay a 30% tax rate during their 2-year process.

  • 5% funds the immigration system itself.

  • The remaining portion supports local infrastructure and national programs.

  • Upon successful completion of integration, immigrants transition to standard U.S. tax rates.

4. Review & Path Forward

  • A National Immigration Review Council of citizens, legal experts, and community leaders reviews complex cases.

  • At the end of two years, successful participants may choose between:

  • Permanent Residency (stay as long-term residents), or

  • Path to Citizenship (additional civic testing, language fluency, and oath of allegiance).

The Benefits

This plan is about mutual responsibility. Immigrants are given opportunity and security, while also required to contribute to their new communities. Citizens gain confidence that immigration is being handled fairly, transparently, and with benefits for all.

  • Clear Process: No more endless waiting or confusion.

  • Fairness: Honest applicants succeed, while those who exploit loopholes do not.

  • Contribution: Every immigrant works, pays taxes, learns, and participates.

  • Community Benefit: Host cities receive direct resources and infrastructure support.

  • National Strength: Immigration becomes a driver of innovation, culture, and economic growth.

Freedom 2028 Immigration Vision

An America where immigration is not a political weapon, but a national strength. Where newcomers are welcomed with dignity and guided with clear expectations. Where citizens trust that the system is fair, and where the next generation of Americans can continue building the future of freedom.
